Greg Lessard
CEO

Greg Lessard is a results-driven healthcare executive with a proven record of leading specialty hospitals to sustained growth, regulatory excellence, and high-quality patient outcomes. He brings a wealth of clinical experience as an RN and nurse leader within LTCH environments.

Prior to joining Landmark Hospital of Columbia, Greg served as CEO of multiple post-acute and rehabilitation hospitals. He successfully guided both startup and established facilities through periods of rapid growth. His accomplishments include obtaining Joint Commission recognition for program excellence and earning Chairman’s Club recognition for three consecutive years (2021–2023) for elite hospital performance.

Greg enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two children and looks forward to supporting Landmark Hospitals' growth in Columbia.
